Cyprus has expressed “serious concerns about the motives behind this move and the interests it is intended to serve” regarding the timing of the Libyan House of Representatives’ decision to approve the 2019 Turkish-Libyan maritime memorandum, in a letter to UN Secretary-General António Guterres.
