The European Union “strongly regrets” the ratification of the 2019 Turkey-Libya Memorandum of Understanding on maritime delimitation by Libya’s House of Representatives, EU Ambassador to the UN Stavros Lambrinidis said  after Greek Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis delivered the joint statement by Greece, the UAE, Bahrain, Cyprus and Egypt.
