A Joint Declaration was adopted on Thursday, following a Trilateral Meeting of Defence Policy Directors from Cyprus, Greece, and Israel, in Athens, in which all three sides condemn the illegal Turkish-Libya maritime "MoU" describing it as illicit, which violates the sovereign rights of third states, disregards international rules governing maritime jurisdiction and cannot produce legal effects with respect to third states.
