Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development, and Environment, Christos Senekis, stressed on Sunday the need to resume substantial negotiations, aimed at a fair, viable, and functional solution to the Cyprus issue, during his address an event organized by the occupied community of Pigi in Famagusta, at Kellia in Larnaca district.
