The need to strengthen the European Union’s preparedness against the risks arising from advanced artificial intelligence systems in the field of cybersecurity was highlighted by the Deputy Minister for European Affairs, Marilena Raouna. Her intervention took place during a debate on Tuesday in the plenary of the European Parliament in Strasbourg, where she represented the Council of the European Union in the context of the Cypriot Presidency.
