The Cyprus-Greece Sports Cooperation Protocol is now of indefinite duration, with the President of the Cyprus Sports Organisation (KOA), Yiannis Ioannou, describing the development as a significant legacy for future generations and a ‘clear message’ that the two countries’ cooperation in sports has no expiry date. Meanwhile, the Greek Minister for Sport, Yiannis Vroutsis, said that Greece is making the expertise and digital tools it has developed available to the Republic of Cyprus.
